At the Chocolate Pot chocolate fountains are our business, not a sideline or hobby. We therefore dedicate our time to providing a quality chocolate fountain experience for all our customers.

If none of your standard options fit our requirements can you quote for a custom package?

Our standard packages will cater for about 90% of our customers needs. There are always exceptions such as small parties that would like a large fountain. Some customers like to have a large fountain with milk chocolate and the small fountain with a flavoured chocolate.

Corporate customers may require our services all day or over a multi day event. Please contact us so we can discuss your individual needs.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Bristol. Our prices include travel within a 30 mile radius of Bristol. We will happily travel throughout the UK but will have to add a small charge to cover expenses incurred.

Are Chocolate Fountains suitable for outdoors?

No. Unfortunately chocolate attracts flies. We prefer these not to be a dipping option. The flow of chocolate is susceptible to light breezes, disrupting the flow of the fountain and causing a mess. We therefore do not cater for outdoor events, however, use within a marquee may be acceptable.

How many types of dips can I have?

We know that half the fun of a chocolate fountain is selecting which dip to have. Unlike some of our competitors we will not limit you to a set number of dips or charge extra for a bigger choice. We will provide a variety of dips including, where possible, your favourites.
